Shipping policy

Shipping is stated at checkout and can take from 2-8 weeks depending on the item ordered and when it was ordered. If you need an item by a certain date please contact our email: fllorarrosa@gmail.com ON THE DAY OF PURCHASE and I can see what I can do but, there is no guarantee.

Once an item is shipped it is no longer in our hands. Unfortunately If an item that has been shipped gets lost in the mail/ isn’t received by you we cannot issue a refund for the item/order.

If an order is in the process of being shipped we cannot issue a refund, you must wait till you receive the item, then start the return process to receive a possible refund. 

If you do not input the right address and do not get the item we cannot issue a refund. If an item gets returned to sender by the postal system we will reach out to you and offer a refund or to ship it out to another address with a postal fee from 5-10$ USA to 20-30$ if outside of the USA.
